This immersive, full-day session is dedicated to elevating and supporting women across all ranks of law enforcement. Whether you're just starting out or leading from the top, this experience is designed to help you grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
We are proud to welcome anyone who promotes female leadership and the advancement of diversity and inclusion in the law enforcement industry, therefore all genders are welcome, including those who identify as nonbinary.
